Rochefort Cheese

Made with fresh milk directly from the farm, Rochefort cheeses come in various varieties. They are always molded, unmolded, rubbed, and turned by hand in a ripening cellar.

The family-owned Mathot company also produces various butters, crafted with respect for traditions and the know-how of the family since 1948.

There are no on-site sales. You can find Rochefort cheese in various shops in the municipality.
